Acting head of the DPR Pushilin approved the regulation on the medal “For the liberation of Artemovsk”
The regulation on the medal “For the Liberation of Artemovsk” was approved by the Acting Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. The decree on the establishment of the medal of the Donetsk People’s Republic was posted on the official site.
The regulation defines the description and design of the medal – the crown of the Russian Empire and the coat of arms of the DPR will be depicted on the award. The document also establishes a sample of the certificate form for the award.
The medal is planned to be awarded to the fighters who took part in the liberation of Artemovsk, in its demining. The decree came into force from the day it was published on the official resource of the DPR government.
The fighting for the city began on August 1, 2022 and ended on May 20, 2023. The battle was called one of the largest in the NWO. The defense of Artemovsk became too expensive a lesson for the Kyiv regime. The battles for the city became a battle of attrition. Ukraine predicted the loss of Chasov Yar after the liberation of Artemovsk. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine needs to begin the withdrawal of forces from Chasov Yar.
