A major accident involving Volkswagen and Hyundai occurred on Reshetnikova Street in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg on Thursday, May 25. The trolleybus, which was trying to avoid the collision, blocked the road. The culprit fled the scene, the source said. FAN.

It is known that two foreign cars collided on the road. The driver of the Volkswagen did not let the Hyundai pass, which provoked a dangerous situation on the road and led to an accident. Presumably, the culprit immediately retired from the scene of the accident.

A husband and wife were in the Hyundai at the time of the collision. They didn’t get hurt.

It is noted that the trolleybus, which was traveling along the same road, tried to avoid a collision with cars, but did not have time to slow down in time – it broke the front. As a result, he blocked the lane, which provoked a traffic jam – all city transport got up.

A FAN source clarifies that there were no casualties as a result of the incident. Law enforcement agencies will check surveillance cameras to establish the identity and license plate of the perpetrator in order to put him on the wanted list.

Recall that earlier there was another incident related to violation of traffic rules. In St. Petersburg, a police car was chasing an offender who did not let the law enforcement vehicle pass, and crashed into a fence near the Begovaya metro station.
