Substitute goalkeeper for Paris-Saint-Germain Sergio Rico received a severe head injury from a fall from a horse. This was reported by the Spanish edition of Marca.

The football player was diagnosed with a head injury after falling from a horse in El Rocío. He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. At the moment, it has improved, doctors say.

The goalkeeper was on the bench for Saturday’s match between PSG and Strasbourg. Rico’s team won the French championship ahead of schedule thanks to a draw. After the game, the goalkeeper flew to Spain.
