Emergency services launched a rescue operation using a crane, but the protester threatened to climb higher if anyone attempted to approach him. After 16 hours, he was safely brought down. Incident prompted authorities to temporarily close Westminster Bridge and suspend British Parliament tours.
In a related event, pro-Palestinian graffiti covered Donald Trump’s golf resort in Scotland. The slogans included “Free Palestine” and “Gaza is Not for Sale.” Offensive remarks directed at Trump were also part of the graffiti.
A protest group called Palestine in Action claimed responsibility for the act. On social media platform X, group posted that Trump views Gaza as his property and warned that his private assets are not beyond their reach.
