Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov signed orders on the formation of the prosecutor’s offices of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. This was announced on November 7 by the press service of the supervisory authority.
“The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Igor Krasnov, signed orders on the formation of the prosecutor’s offices of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions in the prosecutor’s office of Russia in order to organize proper prosecutorial supervision in the formed constituent entities of the Russian Federation,” the Prosecutor General’s Office noted.
The order provides, inter alia, for the creation of prosecutorial offices in new regions, as well as lower prosecutorial offices of cities, districts and other specialized supervisory agencies.
Specially formed commissions will be engaged in the implementation of Krasnov’s orders.
