Police: 35 Ukrainian tourists injured in bus accident in southwestern Turkey

In an accident with a tourist bus in the southwest of Turkey, 35 Ukrainian tourists were injured, not seriously injured, the traffic police of the Mugla province told RIA Novosti.

“35 Ukrainian tourists were injured, no serious injuries. The injured are provided with the necessary medical care,” said the agency’s interlocutor.

Earlier, Turkish media reported an accident with a tourist bus in the province of Mugla. He drove into the oncoming lane, crashed into a minibus carrying schoolchildren, and rolled over.

The tourist bus driver died on the spot. According to preliminary data, he had a heart attack. As a result of the accident, according to various sources, from 30 to 49 people were injured. The Russian Consulate General in Antalya told RIA Novosti that there were no Russian citizens among the victims.
