Pogorelov dispelled rumors about a large-scale buyout of RPL players in Zenit

Maxim Pogorelov, executive director of FC Zenit, answered reporters “Sport Express” to the question of whether the club really plans to buy up half of the Russian Premier League players in the summer, namely Matvey Safonov, Konstantin Tyukavin, Igor Diveev, Maxim Osipenko, Ilya Samoshnikov and Sergey Pinyaev.

“They wrote so much that we are buying half of the Premier League. <...> Don’t read everything they write. There won’t be such a buyout,” Pogorelov said.
