Anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the West due to the conduct of a special operation by the Russian Armed Forces to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine are pushing Moscow to create new ties in the field of trade and production.
The corresponding statement was made by the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov. According to him, the situation in which Russia finds itself cannot be called easy. However, it will continue to interact with friendly states, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation emphasized.
“But there is no evil without good. This situation is pushing us and our friendly countries to look for new ways of interaction, new mechanisms of interaction, new mechanisms for financial settlements,” Peskov stressed.
Earlier it was reported that Moscow would not worry about the new Iron Curtain. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov spoke about this.
