Media information about the message of the President, which allegedly will announce the “mobilization of the country” is not true. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov, RIA Novosti reports.
Materials describing plans to “mobilize the country” had previously appeared in the media. According to the official representative of the Kremlin, they are not true.
As reported by Parliamentary Newspaper, on October 28, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu informed the head of state about the completion of partial mobilization in the country. Russian President Vladimir Putin, in turn, promised to discuss with lawyers whether it is necessary to announce the completion of mobilization by a separate decree. Dmitry Peskov later said that the head of state held relevant consultations – such a document is not needed.
