Russian special operation in Ukraine

In the Kama region, they announced the recruitment of personnel to participate in a humanitarian mission on the territory of the DPR and LPR. Travel time is 2 weeks. Both an experienced volunteer and a specialist in a specific profession, for example, a doctor, a builder or a rescuer, can become a participant in the program.

“A conscious readiness for the fact that assistance will be provided on the territory where martial law has been introduced. Confidence that you will be able to participate continuously throughout the duration of the humanitarian mission. Education and professional experience in the profile of a humanitarian mission (if necessary),” the list of requirements is posted on the website of the We Are Together project.

Age 18+ and citizenship of the Russian Federation are mandatory conditions. The program is implemented in accordance with the decree of the President of Russia and is aimed at supporting volunteer activities, as well as providing assistance to residents and socially significant organizations of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.

Russia has been conducting a special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine since February 24. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation notes that Russia managed to disrupt the offensive of Ukraine in the Donbass. In February, Kyiv began extensive preparations for the offensive of a strike group pulled to the east of Ukraine with the support of aviation and missile systems.

URA.RU wrote earlier that a wagon with humanitarian cargo for residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics left Perm. Also, the Cossacks of the Kama Cossack Society handed over humanitarian cargo to the St. Nicholas Church of the front-line Pervomaisk. The humanitarian cargo included canned meat, bacon and other products. And in mid-April, a fund to help Donbass volunteers and their families was established in Perm.
