Permyak, accused of child abduction, wrote a statement to the police

In the Perm segment of social networks, information was spread that unknown people in different localities of the Perm Municipal District were stopping children and offering to go for a ride with them. The posts indicated the number and make of the car. But, as the mayor’s office of Zvezdny ZATO reported, the police have already found out that this information is fake. The owner of the car wrote a statement to law enforcement agencies.

“The information was verified by police officers from the Zvezdny and Perm municipal districts. It was not confirmed. Currently, the citizen is writing a statement about false information being disseminated against him,” according to the official page of the Zvezdny ZATO administration on the VKontakte social network.

In the winter of 2022, a resident of Berezniki told on social networks, and then to journalists, that an unknown person tried to kidnap his son in a car. The man claimed that this was not the first case in the city.
