Perm will pay more than a million rubles for an accident

A resident of Perm will be paid 1,334,699 rubles for the restoration of a car damaged in an accident. This was reported on the website of the Motovilikha District Court of Perm.

“To recover in favor of the plaintiff the damage caused as a result of an accident in the amount of 1,334,699 rubles. To pay the costs of paying the state duty in the amount of 14,873 rubles, ”the court decision says.

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit for damages. According to him, the defendant is guilty of an accident that resulted in damage to the plaintiff’s car. The insurance company paid 400 thousand rubles, which is significantly less than the total cost of repairs, which amounted to 1,734,699 rubles. The defendant did not come to the court session, but explained that he did not dispute his guilt in the accident and the amount of damage.
