Ilya Lisnyak, a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory, proposed introducing liability for officials for failing to fulfill their promises. The people’s choice announced his initiative in Telegram. This happened shortly after it became known that Lisnyak had been given a warning in the regional legislative assembly.
“I propose to introduce a system of two comments with subsequent resignation for all officials in the Perm Territory, which will relate to the failure to fulfill direct public promises […]. I have already sent a corresponding appeal to the Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin – I am sure that he should support such an initiative, ”Lisnyak wrote in the messenger.
Earlier, the commission of the regional legislature for monitoring the reliability of information about income issued a warning to Lisnyak. The reason could be the failure to provide them with information about a loan in the amount of half a million rubles. Lisnyak himself believes that he did not violate the procedure for filing a declaration.
