Russian travelers gave the highest score to hotels in Zelenogradsk and Smolensk, and abroad to hotels in Sukhumi and Florence. This is stated in the study of travel planning service OneTwoTrip.
This service has compiled a rating of domestic and foreign cities where the best hotels are located. It is noted that tourists did not include hotels located in capitals and megacities in the top.
“Hotels with the highest ratings were in Zelenogradsk: on average, hotels in this resort town of the Kaliningrad region score 9.19 out of 10 points. The second place was taken by Smolensk (8.99 points),” the company said.
Hotels in Sukhumi scored 9.02 out of 10 on average, followed by Florence with 9 and Vantaa with 8.80.
Earlier, specialists from the Ostrovok.ru hotel booking service recorded an increase in interest in domestic tourism in Russia. It is noted that in 2022, citizens of the Russian Federation made 31% more armor.
