Elena Lovando, chief bailiff for KhMAO, will talk about how to influence a parent who evades paying alimony. The Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug announced a press conference on Children’s Day.

Earlier, URA.RU reported that in Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug), a mother who had accumulated 500,000 rubles of alimony debts would go to a colony-settlement for four years. Previously, a woman has already been brought to administrative responsibility for not paying alimony, but not only did she not pay off the debt, but also increased its amount.
