Oil prices fall in Albania


Albania’s Pricing Transparency Office on August 9 decided to cut oil prices on the domestic market by four leks, or to 1.72 euros per litre.

According to the Albanian news agency Lapsi, the maximum price for a liter of gasoline on the Albanian wholesale market has dropped to 1.69 euros per liter. The retail price of a liter of gas remains at the level of 80 leks or 0.68 euros.

The new prices will be held from 18:00 local time on August 9 until the next price review.
