NWO participants may be recognized as a socially vulnerable category

Moscow, April 17, 2023, 02:28 — REGNUM Head of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy Andrey Kutepov developed a draft law that includes participants and veterans of the special operation in the list of socially vulnerable categories of citizens in order to find them employment in the field of social entrepreneurship.

“This approach corresponds to the tasks of social entrepreneurship – the achievement of socially useful goals that contribute to the solution of social problems of citizens and society”– quotes TASS explanatory note to the draft law sent for conclusion to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

The initiator proposes to supplement the existing list of categories with volunteers as well.

“The bill will contribute to a general increase in employment, and consequently, an increase in budget revenues”– summed up Andrey Kutepov.

As reported IA REGNUMa resolution on additional professional education for participants in a special military operation and members of their families will be adopted in the near future by the Russian government.
