The doctor also reminded about the use of a sufficient amount of ordinary drinking water.
“Water is what makes up the basis of our blood flow, the volume of circulating blood. The more water, the better the fluidity of the blood and the easier it is for the heart to work, ”said the nutritionist.
Green tea, according to him, has a rich composition of antioxidants, and fruit and vegetable juices will supply the body with vitamins, trace elements and potassium. It is especially useful to make juices from cucumbers, celery, spinach, the nutritionist concluded.
