
The volume of Russian gas supplied to China via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline should reach 22 billion cubic meters this year. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of the country Alexander Novak.
According to the politician, the facility is gradually gaining capacity and is approaching design indicators. At the same time, in 2022, Beijing received from Moscow 15.5 billion cubic meters of “blue fuel” sent through the specified pipeline.
“This year we expect 22 billion cubic meters. m of gas, and by 2025 we will reach the design 38 billion [куб. м]” Novak said.
Earlier it became known that the Central Bank of Russia began looking for specialists to train employees in Chinese. The regulator published a corresponding request on the Sberbank-AST procurement platform.
