nitin gadkari news, Rs 6-7 crore spent on one km, Gadkari told Dhansu plan for Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

New Delhi: Nitin Gadkari is counted among the fastest ministers of the Modi government. Today, he told such a plan in the Lok Sabha, through which the expenditure of crores on the road will bring many benefits. This can be called ‘duct plan’. Actually, DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran asked that the ministers are very dynamic, they keep all the data with them. But how do you ensure that when the optic fiber is laid, the road does not have to be expanded again. On this, Gadkari put his plan in front of everyone while mentioning the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. He told that we are working on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway Highway (Greenfield Expressway) and our aim is only to make the road. But sometimes the petroleum minister needs land for a gas pipeline. Work on optic fiber is going on. We are working on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and the Hyderabad-Bengaluru corridor. But the cost is very high and it is costing 6-7 crores per km.

there will be no need of land

Gadkari told that our plan is that we can make a duct in which we can lay petroleum pipeline, IT fiber line, PVC pipe, electrical cable etc. There will be no need for any kind of land allocation in this. Our money will also be saved. Under PM Gati Shakti, we are working closely with all stakeholders like this. You can understand the duct that Gadkari has mentioned as a flat duct. Through this, many types of cables are taken from the first floor to the upper floor. This also allows air to pass and the atmosphere remains better on every floor.

internet will reach villages

He said that we are working on such a policy that if private people invest in the duct and it provides service to the concerned department then it can grow on PPP mode. He said that with the expansion of internet, the time has come that we have to take optic fiber cable up to 50 lakh km. We have to connect the villages. We are working in this direction.

What is going to happen on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which the farmers of Haryana are telling their victory
The DMK MP asked another question to Gadkari. Maran said that recently I had gone from Ranipet to Chennai, the condition of the road was pathetic. The land has been given by the state government but the contractors are missing. For the past four years, the condition of the Chennai-Bengaluru highway is so bad that it takes more than 4 hours to cover a distance of 100 km. Sir, what is the process, how will you solve it? Why should the common man of Tamil Nadu suffer?

To this, Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said that as far as the problem on the Chennai-Bengaluru Expressway is concerned, I had recently visited the site. The problem is not with my department. Permission is given for three months and after that fresh permission has to be taken. If mining is not allowed then how can the road be built. Land acquisition is a problem. There is no eco-forest clearance. Still the work of Bengaluru side expressway is good but in Tamil Nadu we don’t have land and clearance so how will the contractors work? My target is to complete it by December this year. With this, you will be able to reach Bangalore from Chennai in 2 hours. Soon from Bangalore to Mysore will reach in one hour.
