The authors of the magazine compare the situation in the city with the battlefields of the First World War. They also emphasize that the current weather conditions do not play into the hands of Ukrainian troops. At the same time, Russian forces began to make progress, the magazine notes. It is specified that Bakhmut has the functions of an automobile and railway hub.
