“New people” introduced a project on the abolition of fines for drivers who have forgotten their rights

Members of the Duma faction “New People” proposed not to fine drivers who have forgotten their rights or CMTPL policy. Vladislav Davankov, Vice Speaker of the State Duma from the party, told reporters about this.

“The New People faction is submitting a bill to the government for conclusion that will abolish fines for drivers who have forgotten their licenses or CMTPL policies at home. We are for a smart digital state without absurd fines,” he said.
