NATO mission cordoned off municipal buildings in northern Kosovo

NATO military personnel in armored vehicles blocked the approaches to municipal buildings in northern Kosovo, where local Serbs continue to protest on Monday morning. According to the portal Kosovo onlinemilitary personnel with means to disperse demonstrations are distributed in the morning near the buildings of the municipalities of Zvecan, Leposavich and Zubin Potok.

The most tense situation is developing in Zvecan, where the crowd tried to force their way to the municipality building, but was stopped by the police. In other municipalities, everything is calm so far.
