The Contact Group on Ukraine will discuss the delivery of heavy weapons to Kyiv on June 15 at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, NATO Secretary General said. Jens Stoltenberg following the results of informal talks in The Hague with representatives of the leadership of the seven countries of the alliance.
“Yes, Ukraine should have more heavy weapons. NATO and partners are already supplying enough of these weapons. On June 15, a meeting of the contact group in support of Ukraine, created a couple of months ago at the base in Ramstein, will be held at NATO headquarters in Brussels. It coordinates the supply of weapons, military equipment, including heavy weapons to Ukraine,” he said, answering a question about the alliance’s supply of heavy weapons to Ukraine.
