In Moscow, from November 24, there may be interruptions in pre-registration for exams and car registration due to technical work. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the capital’s traffic police.
Due to the work to improve the speed of data processing and the modernization of equipment, problems may arise with “pre-registration for examination and registration activities of the traffic police departments of the city of Moscow.”

People who arrived at the office for registration or “examination activities” without an appointment will be provided with the necessary services on a first-come, first-served basis. The divisions of the city are working as usual and continue to receive citizens for the provision of public services.
As Parlamentskaya Gazeta previously reported, Leonid Dezhurny, the chief freelance first aid specialist of the Ministry of Health, suggested that drivers be given an exam in first aid. In his opinion, since drivers are the main participants in the traffic, they should be trained in the rules of first aid.
