Tenants of state and municipal property are returning payments deferred during the coronavirus pandemic. The regional budget has already received more than 200 million rubles. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Property of the region Natalia Adigamova.

The Minister recalled that from March 1 to October 1, 2020, rent payments were deferred for entrepreneurs. You can pay them off by the end of this year.

“Currently, more than 120 million rubles have been received by the regional budget for plots of unrestricted property, more than 73 million rubles for the lease of municipal land and property, and more than 8.2 million rubles for regional real estate,” said Natalya Adigamova.

Most payments were returned by entrepreneurs from Balashikha – 17.7 million, Lyubertsy – 12.2 million and Orekhovo-Zuyevo – 4.7 million rubles.

Earlier, Governor Andrey Vorobyov said that the Moscow region will continue to develop seed production, for this it will use a new approach.
