Rabat, 16 April. Morocco’s Ambassador to Chile, Kenza al-Ghali, stressed her commitment to the North African state, which has implemented a clear and proactive strategy to strengthen peace and security, Arab media write.

Al-Ghali performed in Santiago. She noted that the fight against terrorism, organized crime and delinquency is a global problem.

“Morocco has implemented a clear and proactive strategy to promote peace and security, in particular cybersecurity, education, religious justice and migration policy,” the ambassador said.

According to a 2022 study, the North African kingdom ranks first in the Global Competition Index as a contributor to international peace and security.

“The fight against terrorism and other emerging external threats makes it a highly sought-after partner,” Al-Ghali concluded.

Earlier, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved a $5 billion loan to Morocco.
