More than 700 plots of land for agriculture in the Moscow region remained neglected. This was reported in the Ministry of Property Relations of the region.
In Ruza, representatives of the department, the Rosselkhoznadzor, the tax service and the local administration inspected a land plot of 55.5 hectares near the village of Nikulkino. It looked like it was unused.
“Since 2018, Znamenskoye JSC has been the owner. An inspection was carried out, there is a clear non-use of the land, and this is the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, part 2, article 8.8, ”said Natalya Adigamova, Minister of Property Relations of the Moscow Region.
As a result, the materials on the site were sent to the Rosselkhoznadzor department.
This year, 1,236 agricultural land plots are planned to be inspected in the Moscow Region. Of these, 824 have already been examined.
Earlier, the governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov said that the involvement of property in circulation is one of the main tasks related to the development of the economy and the territory of the region.
