Almost 500 people were evacuated over the past day from Mariupol to the village of Bezymennoe in the Donetsk People’s Republic. This was reported at the headquarters of the territorial defense of the DPR.
“Over the past 24 hours, from 08:00 on May 13 to 08:00 on May 14, 491 people, including 63 children, were evacuated from Mariupol to Bezymennoye, Novoazovsky district,” the message posted on the Telegram channel reads.
Refugees are received at the point of assistance to the evacuated population, created with the support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic. The headquarters also formed lists of the evacuated population. In total, since March 5, more than 31.7 thousand citizens have arrived in Bezymennoe.
In Mariupol, meanwhile, the former peaceful life is being resumed. Water supply was restored in the city, and the first regular bus route was launched.
