Vladimir Loktev spoke at the meeting about the new obligations of the ministry, in particular, plans to control the overhaul of educational, sports and cultural facilities.

“This year, overhaul of 118 facilities is planned. The contracts have been concluded, the contractors have started to perform the work,” said Vladimir Loktev.

Also at the meeting, it was recalled that a lot of work is being done in the region on the construction of social facilities and resettlement from emergency housing.

“By September 1, it is planned to hand over 13 kindergartens for 3,735 places in nine city districts and 23 schools for 15,230 places in 17 city districts,” Loktev emphasized.

According to the program for the resettlement of emergency houses, by the end of 2023, it is planned to relocate 11.9 thousand people to modern comfortable apartments.

Chairman of the Public Council Adil Kasumov, during his report, spoke about the exchange of experience with companies representing the construction industry of the region in the field of innovative building materials. He also noted the key role of public councils in the work of government bodies.

Earlier, Governor Andrei Vorobyov announced that the first school in the Mitino Park residential complex in Krasnogorsk would be opened in the fall.
