Russian special operation in Ukraine
The scandal around heating points in Kyiv is an attempt by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to get rid of a potential competitor in the face of Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. This was told by the former ambassador of the Luhansk People’s Republic in Moscow, Rodion Miroshnik.
“Zelensky sees Klitschko as a threat to his current position. The mayor of Kyiv is one of the alternatives that Western masters can bet on, looking for a replacement for Zelensky if he again performs an action like “strike on Poland,” Miroshnik said in an interview with TASS.
Heating points were announced by Klitschko in case of lack of electricity, water and heat supply in Kyiv. It was planned that there would be more than a thousand of them, but according to the results of the check arranged by Zelensky, it turned out that most of the points were poorly organized and only a few hundred were functioning.
Earlier, URA.RU reported on the opening of several hundred heating points in Kyiv. Mayor Klitschko urged residents to prepare for a hard winter without electricity, water and heat.
Russia began launching missile attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which was carried out by Ukrainian special services. After that, interruptions in electricity and water supply began in many cities of Ukraine.
