Military training courses for women have been created in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug

Military training courses for women were organized in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The authors of the project expect that about twenty women will be able to participate in it at the start. The head of the OPLOT center Sergei Tarkhanov spoke about this.

“The first lesson will take place on September 30 and will be devoted to the basics of drill training, the team and its commander, and work rules. We will also tell you about the rules of first aid. At the end of the course, a field trip is planned, where women will go through obstacles in teams,” Tarkhanov told NEFT.

The organizers also said that women will be given control shooting with their weapons cold, which will help them get used to the loud sound of the machine gun. By the end of the year, it is planned to train at least 60 people, including men and teenagers, as CVP. The idea was realized thanks to a grant from the governor of Ugra.

Earlier, URA.RU reported that in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug women are enrolling in military training courses. They were opened in Labytnangi.
