MFA: Russia can take the toughest measures in response to the terrorist attacks in Kyiv

Russia reserves the right to use the most severe measures in response to the terrorist attacks of the Kyiv regime. This is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, published on the website of the Ministry.

As Parlamentskaya Gazeta wrote, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that on the morning of May 30, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted a terrorist attack with drones on facilities in the Russian capital. For this, eight aircraft-type drones were used, all of them were hit. Three devices were suppressed by means of electronic warfare, five more drones were shot down by the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun system in the Moscow region.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack after an attempted attack on Moscow. The department clarified that the investigation involved “experienced investigators and forensic specialists of the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia, as well as experts from the department’s forensic center.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation expressed strong condemnation of the attempts of terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, undertaken on the morning of May 30 in Moscow and the Moscow region, the department stressed. It added that the attacks were prepared and carried out by the “neo-Nazi Kyiv regime”, for which the use of methods of acts of terror has become a sinister practice.

“The Russian side reserves the right to take the most severe measures in response to the terrorist attacks of the Kyiv regime,” the Foreign Ministry concluded.

At the same time, the Foreign Ministry called hypocritical the assurances of NATO politicians that Kyiv would not strike at objects on Russian territory.

Meanwhile, as Parlamentskaya Gazeta wrote, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said that the opponents and enemies of Russia are trying to sow fear and panic. At the same time, in order to win in the NMD, soldiers and officers need a strong rear, the support of society, the country, the politician emphasized.
