Medvedev met with Pasechnik and Pushilin in the LPR for a meeting on security measures
Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev visited the LPR, where he met with the heads of the republics of Donbass Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik. They discussed priority security measures in the republics.
Medvede wrote about the results of the meeting in his Telegram channel. He noted that he held a meeting, the participants of which discussed priority measures to ensure the security of the people’s republics. The hall was attended by Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of Construction Irek Fayzullin, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin.
At the meeting, they discussed support measures for the economic and social development of the Donbass republics. Separately, they raised the topic of harmonizing their legislation with the Russian one. We discussed priority issues – the restoration of infrastructure, the repair of hospitals and the preparation of schools for the new academic year.
