Vitaly Pepelyaev, vice-mayor of the local administration, became the head of the Ilyinsky district in the Perm Territory. At a meeting of the Duma, the deputies supported his candidacy, according to the telegram channel “On the ground”. He replaced Anatoly Krasnoborov, who has held the position of head since 2011, at this post.

“The first deputy head of the administration of the city district, the head of the infrastructure development department, Vitaly Pepelyaev, became the head of the Ilyinsky district. He will take up his duties from May 30, ”the message says.

Anatoly Krasnoborov left of his own accord in February 2023. After his departure, the duties of the head were performed by Vitaly Pepelyaev. A campaign to rotate mayors has been underway in the Perm Territory since the beginning of the year.
