Lukashenka: security forces seized an arsenal of weapons and explosives during the arrest of a terrorist in Grodno

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that during the arrest of the terrorist in Grodno, the special services discovered and seized an arsenal of weapons and explosives. All this was intended to attack the civilian population, writes Sputnik Belarus in the Telegram channel.

The corresponding statement was made by the Belarusian leader during a meeting with the power bloc of the country. Lukashenka noted the professionalism of the Belarusian special services, and also warned that it was necessary to be ready for any events.

Earlier it became known that an armed foreigner who was preparing a terrorist attack was liquidated in the Belarusian Grodno. The attacker resisted the employees of the State Security Committee, using automatic weapons and live grenades, reported RT.
