The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included singer Zemfira and Dmitry Gudkov in the list of foreign agents

The Ministry of Justice of Russia included in the register of foreign agents singer Zemfira*, former State Duma deputy from the Just Russia party Dmitry Gudkov*, political scientist Abbas Gallyamov*, scientist Sergei Shpilkin* and Alexandra Kazantseva*, a defender of the rights of the LGBT community who collaborated with foreign NGOs and collected funds for Ukraine.

“Zemfira Talgatovna Ramazanova openly spoke in support of Ukraine, carrying out concert activities in unfriendly countries with calls against a special military operation, received support from foreign sources”,— said on the website of the ministry.

Gudkov also called for the provision of weapons to Ukraine, the imposition of sanctions against Russia. Gallyamov condemned the conduct of a special operation in Ukraine, and Shpilkin received support from foreign sources, disseminated false information about the activities of the authorities and attempted to discredit the electoral system of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice explains.

As for Kazantseva, she promoted LGBT relations, received support from foreign sources, and took part in fundraising in support of Ukraine. Now she lives outside of Russia.

And earlier blogger Nikolai Sobolev * was included by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the list of foreign agents. The host of the show “Popular Politics” Alexander Makashenetz*, the authors of the novels “Summer in a Pioneer Tie” and “What the Swallow is Silent About” Elena Prokasheva* and Ekaterina Dudko*, political scientist Pavel Mezerin* also got into the register.
