Training in the gym can be replaced with one simple exercise for general development – walking. So says fitness expert Eduard Shakula, whose words are reported by “Sport Express”.
Regular walks help lower blood pressure, speed up metabolism, and also strengthen the immune system and promote sound sleep, the coach said. In addition, you need to move more during the day, as well as do regular warm-ups.
“Instead of the elevator, try to use the stairs, and a ten-minute bus ride can be replaced by a walk,” Shakula advised.
Recently, fitness instructor Jenny Francis-Townson outlined some home-based ways to effectively exercise outside of the gym to burn calories. For this, cleaning, walking at a fast pace, gardening, or just dancing to the music are suitable.
