Liberal Democratic Party proposed to introduce criminal penalties for desecration of the passport of the Russian Federation

A bill on criminal liability for desecration of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation will be proposed in the State Duma of Russia, report RIA News.

The project was developed in the Liberal Democratic Party. It is assumed that for an unlawful relationship with the document, violators will be punished with imprisonment for up to one year.

The party proposes to amend the already existing article No. 329 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on liability for desecration of the Russian flag and coat of arms on the Russian passport.

Earlier it was reported that the Federation Council developed a bill that allows the participants of the SVO to find a job in the field of social entrepreneurship.
