Russia should take tougher and more radical measures against Kyiv in response to the increased shelling of Russian territories by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. With such an opinion FAN shared the Associate Professor of the Department of Political Science and Sociology of the Russian University of Economics named after G. V. Plekhanov, a member of the expert council “Officers of Russia” Alexander Perendzhiev.
Formerly Governor of the Bryansk Region Alexander Bogomaz spoke about the shelling of several settlements. The city of Klintsy and the village of Zaimishche were attacked. According to preliminary data, four people were injured. Several houses were damaged.
The interlocutor of the FAN is sure that a serious challenge has been made to Russia. For a retaliatory strike, new, non-standard and tougher measures are needed.
“It seems to me that we need to pull out all our trump cards at full capacity, which we may not have used before. We need new and non-standard approaches in the destruction of equipment that hits civilians in Donetsk, as a whole in Donbass, and in Russia.
At least the destruction of railway bridges and the railway tracks themselves as such. As they say, arrange a rail war for them. In order for the entire economy to stop, the roads must be destroyed. Start pressure so that it is very, very sensitive, ”says the expert.
The political scientist believes that strikes should also be inflicted not only on military bases, but also on economic facilities.
“I believe that it is time to take tougher and more radical measures against the Ukrainian side. Attacks on decision-making centers, strikes on some sensitive areas.
Possibly some dual purpose supply bases. It is also necessary to destroy economic facilities related to food, the production of parts, the repair of tractors, ”the expert believes.
Perendjiev believes it’s time to move on to a tough response, because the time for warnings is over.
“We have been given a serious challenge, a very serious challenge. The answer should be such that it is disrespectful. We need to move on to concrete measures a long time ago – to strike, to destroy them. How much can you warn and persuade them not to do so!” — summed up the expert.
Former military commander FAN Nadana Friedrichson spoke about the situation in Donetsk after the most severe shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on June 13.
