Yuri Postovalov, a resident of Kurgan, sued NPO Kurganpribor, owned by Senator Sergei Muratov. The man accuses the management of the plant of illegal dismissal. In solving legal issues, he is assisted by the bar association of Mikhail Barshchevsky. Postovalov himself told URA.RU about this.

“The main goal of the court is to reinstate me in the position of the leading technologist of shop No. 1. But at this stage, I am still trying to get the documents related to the dismissal issued to me. I also turned to lawyer Mikhail Barshchevsky, whom we have known since the 1990s. He invited me to Moscow and offered me help from Barshchevsky & Partners. He said that if we do not win the trial in Kurgan, then we will deal with it at the level of Moscow,” says Postovalov.

Including the man sent a statement to the management of the plant and asked to provide him with orders for dismissal. The general director of NPO Kurganpribor, Fyodor Kolosovnikov, responded to his appeal as follows: “Labor legislation does not contain provisions that provide for the obligation of the employer to issue documents that served as the basis for terminating the employment contract with an employee who has committed absenteeism.” Copies of these documents are at the disposal of the editors.

According to Postovalov, the first court session was scheduled for June 6 in the Kurgan city court, but it did not take place due to the defendant’s failure to appear, so the session was postponed to June 22. The press service of the city court URA.RU confirmed this information.

URA.RU also sent an official request to the leadership of NPO Kurganpribor. At the time of publication, no response had been received.

Before that, URA.RU wrote that the court forced the school to return the Kurgan student who wrote to Putin to work. The man won a dispute with a psychiatric hospital and an educational institution.
