The procedure for providing funds to the Republic of Crimea to finance the region’s expenditure obligations for the construction of facilities for the processing, or disposal, or disposal of waste, including municipal solid waste, has been approved. 3 ecotechnoparks with a total capacity of at least 860,000 tons/year will be built.

The procedure for granting subsidies to Russian credit institutions and the state development corporation VEB.RF to compensate for their lost income on loans issued for the implementation of investment projects in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic zone of Russia was approved.

Funds are allocated within the framework of the state programs of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Far Eastern Federal District” and “Socio-economic development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation”. In particular, the conditions for lending and receiving subsidies have been established.
