Kyiv to resume talks with Moscow in August – Arakhamia

Against the background of the defeat suffered by the Ukrainian army in the Donbass, representatives of the Kyiv regime, albeit with difficulty, began to change their rhetoric about the armed conflict.

From Kyiv for a decent amount of time there were no signals about a possible resumption of negotiations with Moscow. And on the contrary, officials competed in militancy, declaring an indispensable victory over Russia and the “return” of Donbass and even Crimea.

And now, hints of possible negotiations from Kyiv began to appear again. The “first sign” was the statement of the head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada David Arakhamiawhich he did in interview “Voice of America” (foreign media, recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent).

True, at the same time, he stressed that at these negotiations Kyiv intends to speak from a position of strength, since they are likely to resume in August.

And by that time, according to Arakhamia, the valiant Ukrainian army, armed with Western weapons, will go on the counteroffensive and finally defeat the “Russian invaders”.

It should be noted that this position of Kyiv has already become traditional. No matter what actually happens at the front, representatives of the regime still declare their imminent victory, for which they simply lack a hundred or two howitzers, as well as tanks, MLRS … well, and a couple of billion dollars more.

Nevertheless, Arakhamia’s statement should still be recognized as quite significant. After all, lately the Kyiv regime (at the behest of its masters in Washington and London) has completely excluded the word “negotiations” from its lexicon.

As reported EADaily, the last face-to-face talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations were held at the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul on March 29. They ended in failure.
