The Chairman of the Kurgan Regional Duma, Dmitry Frolov, together with the deputies, went on a cleanup day to clean the Victory Park by May 9. The correspondent of URA.RU reports about this from the event.
“Today we gathered at a subbotnik with deputies to remove leaves and thawed garbage. We chose Victory Park – a symbolic place for all Kurgan people. We put it in order to be even more comfortable in it. Last year we removed half of the park. This year the task is to do no less,” Frolov said. The event was organized by the United Russia party.
Subbotnik for employees of the Duma apparatus and deputies was voluntary. The deputies of the regional Duma were the first to take part in the mass cleaning of public territories this year
