Three former clinic buildings in Kurgan were sold to businessmen for commercial purposes. The regional authorities received more than 34 million rubles from the sale of non-residential properties. Information about this is posted on the auction website.

“Built-in and attached premises of a children’s clinic on the ground floor of a residential building and in an extension to a residential building in the sixth microdistrict of Zaozerny. Auction winner: IP Butorin Denis Aleksandrovich Final price: 11,816,922 rubles,” says the documentation on the auction results. The entrepreneur is the director of the Paradox Center for Contemporary Dance.

The former building of the children’s clinic at 106 Tomina Street was sold for 10.9 million rubles. The winner of the auction was businessman Evgeniy Reichert, who owns the Udarnik gravel and sand quarry development company. Another clinic premises at 11 Lenina Street was bought by the head of a real estate agency, Vladimir Zhablinsky, for 11.4 million rubles. At the same time, the starting price of the auction was 5.8 million rubles.

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that in the center of Kurgan they are getting rid of the premises of a former children’s clinic. The authorities explained the sale by the commissioning of a new medical facility building in the seventh microdistrict of Zaozerny. For the same reason, the building of the former physiotherapy room was sold. The plan for the privatization of the premises was agreed upon by the majority of deputies of the regional Duma.
