In her first electoral interview with CNN, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris did not touch upon issues related to Russia and Ukraine, limiting her foreign policy agenda to Washington‘s relations with Israel.
During the hour-long conversation, interrupted by commercial breaks, the politician focused primarily on domestic issues, including the upcoming elections, her opponent Donald Trump’s rhetoric, the situation at the Mexico border, her relationship with President Joe Biden, and other topics.
However, the scope of questions related to foreign policy was narrowed down to a single topic – the prospects of arms supplies to Israel if Harris wins the election. The Democratic candidate devoted several minutes of her speech to this issue and did not address any other international relations questions during the interview.
Meanwhile, Trump, who, unlike Harris, regularly comments on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, has already concisely evaluated Harris’s interview, writing a single-word comment on the social network TRUTH Social: “Boring”.
