Russian special operation in Ukraine
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that he had met in Sochi with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. According to him, they discussed the special operation.
“Sergey Kuzhugetovich highly appreciated the work of the Chechen special forces to liberate the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics from the Ukrainian occupation. I am very pleased that the successes of our fighters are celebrated at the highest level. During the conversation, we substantively discussed issues related to the offensive actions of the Russian troops,” Kadyrov wrote in his telegram channel. Kadyrov also thanked Shoigu for helping to form new battalions in Chechnya.
Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a special operation in Ukraine to liberate Donbass. Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that Russia is helping the residents of the DPR and LPR, who were subjected to genocide by the Kyiv regime. Earlier, Kadyrov boasted of buying Akhmat-mobiles for Chechen fighters, the vehicles were created based on the wishes of the military.
