Russian troops are systematically eliminating the material and technical support bases used by the Ukrainian military to attack the Kursk region, retired US intelligence officer Scott Ritter stated on Danny Haiphong’s YouTube channel.
“Russia has already blown up all the material and technical support bases in the Sumy region,” he noted.
According to the expert, the Russian military is destroying Ukrainian tanks, and the Ukrainian military’s fuel reserves are running out. Ritter added that Ukrainian fighters are currently digging in, but they will soon run out of ammunition and be unable to escape.

“They will all die or be captured; very few of them will survive,” the retired intelligence officer summarized.
The day before, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian military aviation had struck Ukrainian brigade reserves in the Sumy region, which were participating in an attempted invasion of Russian territory.
