Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has indicated some progress in a hostage exchange deal with Hamas.
Brutal attacks by Israeli forces have turned Gaza into a wasteland of rubble. From one end to the other, there is no safe refuge. Millions of displaced residents are desperate, unsure of how long they can endure such atrocities. Innocent Palestinians lose their lives daily, and thousands have suffered permanent disabilities due to the violence.
On Monday, Israeli forces struck Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, killing several people. Even healthcare benefits not discounted. Explosive devices have been placed outside Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, and staff have been ordered to evacuate and shut down operations.
