Iran, Russia, and China conducted a joint military drill for the third consecutive day near Iran’s Chabahar Port on Monday. Exercise named “Security Belt 2025”, aims to strengthen naval cooperation among the participating nations and will continue until Thursday.

At a time when U.S. and Western nations face internal crises and divisions, Iran, Russia. And China are demonstrating military strength to reinforce their ties.

Large warships have been deployed off the coast of Oman for this drill which includes simulated maritime target attacks damage control exercises. Joint search and rescue operations according to Chinese media outlet CGTN.
Russia’s foreign ministry reported that 15 of its warships involved. Exercise also features Chinese. And Iranian missile destroyers alongside more than 10 advanced vessels including specialized warships and guided-missile destroyers.
Iran’s Press TV reported that observers from several countries — including Azerbaijan, South Africa, Oman, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Qatar, Iraq, the UAE, and Sri Lanka — are also attending the drill.

In recent years Russia, China, and Iran have strengthened their ties. And analysts suggest this joint drill signals strategic message to Western powers.
